Due to preparation being required ahead of time according to attendance for every reservation, all bookings maybe be canceled with full refund only 14 days before the event start time, 50% may be refunded on cancellations between 14 days and 7 days before the event start time, and cancellations less than 7 days before the event start time are not refundable, but may be rescheduled to a later date.
