Terms & Conditions:
By ordering from Delicious Arts you agree with the following:
1. Rush fee: To rush a cake production under our lead time, a rush fee of 25% ~ 100% applies.
2. Confirmation: Orders will be guaranteed to be scheduled into production ONLY when full payment or deposit is received. Quoted price is guaranteed for 4 weeks only.
3. Deposit: To secure a slot on production, full payment is required for order under $500. For orders over $500, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking date.
Payments must be made by cash, major credit cards, or check. A $50 fee applies for all returned checks.
4. Final Payment: Final payment is due one week before the event date. After final payment date, only cash or credit cards will be accepted.
5. Changes: Any changes to orders must be made two weeks prior to event date or as soon as possible to ensure the quality of the product. Rush fee will apply to changes within two weeks from due date.

6. Cancellation: A flat design & consultation fee of $75 will be charged if the cancellation is two weeks before due date. No cancellation within 2 weeks from project due date.

7. Delivery: We use a reliable 3rd party messenger service for deliveries. Setup is not included. Please make sure receiver for cakes will be there at the time of the event.
8. Media release: Delicious Arts reserve the rights to openly discuss, post images of all baked goods we worked on 24 hours following the event.
9. Allergy: Our products may contain or come into contact with dairy, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens.
10. Flowers: Sugar flowers require atleast 1-2 weeks advanced notice. If fresh flowers are desired, please ask your flourist for flower arrangement.

11. Ingredients: Delicious Arts promises you the best product and ingredients we can provide. We utilize real butter, all natural ingredients, no artificial flavorings!

12. Copyright: By submitting images to Delicious Arts LLC. for duplication, you hereby warrant that you have obtained any and all permissions necessary by the photographer, or copyright owner, if applicable. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delicious Arts LLC., from any and all damages and expenses, including actual attorney’s fees that may occur as a result of duplicating these images, including any claims brought by anyone claiming an interest in these photos or their subject matter. You understand the copyright laws pertaining to the ownership and reproduction of photos and you are also aware that large monetary penalties may be assessed for illegally copying photos without the written permission of the copyright owner.

GUARANTEE: It is always our goal to more than satisfy you.
However, Delicious Arts will NOT be held responsible should any damage occur to the product after delivery/pick up is completed. Orders not picked up 24 hours following the scheduled date/time will be handled by Delicious Arts' own discretion.

Please note: direct sunlight and temperatures of 72°F and higher may have drastic and
adverse effect on any cake.
